Our dedicated administration team will check the booking and documentation prior to the appointment. They may contact you if any further documentation is required, in which case the appointment may be required to be rescheduled.
Our appointment types
Standard consultation
Standards consultations are 15 minutes long and for medical advice, prescriptions and medical certificates. They do not involve any discussion about medicinal cannabis or scripts for them.
Medicinal Cannabis initial
Comprehensive assessment for the eligibility for medicinal cannabis treatment. This included taking a detailed history, looking for contraindications, organising blood tests, applying for a treatment permit and writing a prescription if all the criteria is fulfilled. It is a 30 min appointment.
Medicinal Cannabis follow up
Follow up consultation for patients who were prescribed medicinal cannabis by our clinic. Anyone who is on medicinal cannabis from other prescribers needing scripts will need to book an initial consult for 30 minutes and can not be covered under this consultation.
We are not an emergency service
